In this section, I'll be going through my specified survey questions that I'll be using in the animation.

For the intro to the survey question, I'll be showing the number of respondents who view pornographic content and the type of content they prefer watching.
This is to give a brief intro to the respondent's preferences and how much of them actually watch porn.
Another is to show that despite the small amount of respondents who prefers watching a personalized content created by digital sex-workers, this group of respondents do "exist" in Malaysia. So there's actually a difference in preferences and variety.

The "bridge" covers how the respondents view sex-work and whether they support them or not. These two points is the important part of the respondent's answers as this is where I created a compare and contrast statement.

I first presented the "immoral line of work" and then followed by "support of sex-workers." To create to contrast point, I focused on the gap between the: YES & NO answer percentage.
(Note: I'll be taking the neutral answer out of the explanation so I can focus on the positive (yes) and negative (no) answers to show the contrast.)

30.4% of the respondents answered that sex-work is not (NO) an immoral line of work. And 15.2% answered that it is immoral (YES).
The gap between these two is 15.2%. If you take out the neutral answers, it basically shows that "more" than half is viewing sex-workers in a positive way.

As for their support, 23.9% supports sex-workers (YES) while 26.1% does not support sex-workers (NO). The gap now has shrunk from 15.2% to 2%. This shows that while they don't think sex-work is an immoral line of work, they do not support sex-workers.

Now that I've explained the gap, I'll be going into the final changes in showing the contrast.

In my animation, I switched the wording of "Do you think sex-work is an immoral line of work" to "Do you think sex-work is morally right?" This is due to the positive connotation.
If I were to leave the question in its original form, the flow chart would look something like this.

The pairing negative and positive connotation is a bit off as I wanted to show a compare and contrast between the positive answers and no. Because if I left it in the original arrangement, the one who doesn't think sex-work is an immoral line of work answered no, which is a negative connotation. Regarding their support, those who support it (yes) is a positive connotation.

So the contrasting connotation lead me to rearrange the question entirely. And the flowchart will look like the one below.

is morally right?

The one thing that I regret not doing in the survey is removing the neutral option. At that time, the neutral answer seemed like a good idea as it would give me 3 points of view, but it ultimately creates an indecisiveness in the respondents. Thus, allowing them to go with a "conservative" answer of neutrality. Which makes me feel like the survey is overall useless in deciding whether the respondents view them in a positive or negative light.
But I still managed to give a reason to the neutrality answer, which is due to Malaysia's conservative nature and the fact that a movement prioritizing liberation through sexual exploration is simply not the norm in this country, as opposed to the western "liberal" nature.

My final question is "Do you agree with people who do sex-work as a way to feel empowered and confident?" This question relates back to my Part 2 topic, so because of that, I placed this question as the final question in the animation.

Due to the variety of answers, I decided to combine the slightly disagree + disagree and slightly agree + agree.

I did so because it'll be less of a pain to animate and showcase the answer as there's too much variety. So when I'm animating it, I'll just put it into disagree, neutral, and positive.
